Talk4less is looking for ambitious, goal‑oriented, passionate, tenacious, assertive, confident, motivated, competitive, honest sales representatives focused on customer service and retention. Responsibilities Customer service: greet customers in a friendly and timely manner, creating a positive work environment Stay knowledgeable and proactive in learning new promotions, price changes, and policy updates Perform administrative and operational tasks—filing paperwork and forms, communicating with management to resolve issues Maintain store cleanliness, stock accessories, and keep displays current and compliant with corporate standards Utilize time management: arrive on time, have the store ready to open, close properly, and ensure all sensitive items are secured Act as a passionate customer advocate, connecting authentically and enjoying interactions with customers Contribute to the game‑changing Cricket store team Exhibit competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment Collaborate with peers and store leaders, sharing best practices while serving customers and resolving issues Balance customer experience with performance goals Sell no‑contract wireless phones, service plans, and accessories efficiently Deliver outstanding service with a focus on retaining and acquiring customers Participate in outside sales events or promotions Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, at various locations Minimum Requirements High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience One year of retail sales or customer service experience; wireless sales experience (AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, T‑Mobile, Boost Mobile, Cricket, etc.) is preferred but not required Management experience is not required but preferred for advancement to store management or ownership Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, basic computer skills, troubleshooting, Point‑of‑Sale systems, and cash handling #J-18808-Ljbffr Cricket Wireless
