Network Support Engineer

WELBRO Building Corporation has a career opportunity for a Network Support Engineer to provide first- and second-level technical support to end users across voice, data, applications, hardware, software, and networked systems. Diagnose and resolve issues efficiently, document work in a ticketing system, and support account administration, endpoint security, and device deployments in a Microsoft-centric environment. Key Duties Assist with Cyber security monitoring of servers and endpoints, familiarity with SentinelOne EDR and ManageEngine EventLog viewer. Support Windows Server administration tasks and assist with Active Directory user/group management as needed. Support Microsoft 365 (Office, SharePoint, OneDrive) including authentication (2FA), data migrations, and Mobile Device Management. Support and troubleshoot networking/connectivity issues related to VLANS and switching on the internal network and at the colocation facility. Log, track, and document incidents and requests in a ticket management system; provide timely status updates and clear final resolutions. Provide basic support for telephone equipment and VoIP; assist with LAN/WAN connectivity, peripheral network devices, and mobile operating systems. Work effectively both independently (with direction) and collaboratively within a team to meet service and support goals. Assist with deployment of system and security patches on servers and user workstations endpoints. Provision and deprovision user accounts and access in accordance with security and onboarding/offboarding procedures Support employee onboarding and offboarding by preparing devices, configuring access, and coordinating equipment return and data transfer needs. Provide administrative and end-user support for Microsoft 365 and Active Directory, including password/access issues and basic account troubleshooting. Provide break/fix and remote access support across laptops, tablets, phones, and peripherals; escalation issues appropriately when needed.
