Senior Relationship Manager Corporate Banking

Key Responsibilities
- Originate and develop new corporate client relationships with US and Canadian companies ($750M–$1.5B in revenue) across sectors including Industrials, Manufacturing, Aerospace & Defense
- Manage an existing portfolio of corporate clients, monitoring credit risk, covenant compliance, and flagging issues proactively
- Support clients through the full deal lifecycle - from initial structuring through documentation and close - coordinating with Credit and Operations internally
- Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and BSA requirements across the client portfolio
Qualifications
- 7+ years in corporate or international banking, including 3+ years marketing to US corporate clients
- Familiarity with Industrials, Manufacturing, or related sectors
- Solid understanding of trade finance, lending products, and credit fundamentals; international banking experience required
- Strong Communication, with the ability to build relationships
