First-Time Travelers: Not accepted. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required. Licensure/ID: Current and valid Driver's License or State-Issued ID required. Proof of Address: Recent utility bill in the traveler's name with a matching address, dated within the last 3 months. Distance Requirement: Traveler's permanent address must be more than 75 miles from the contracted facility. EMR: Epic.
