General Production Worker

$16/hr | 4-Day Work Week | 5:30 AM Start | Long-Term Opportunity

Join a growing bakery production team making croissants! Enjoy a consistent schedule with 4 ten-hour shifts per week , giving you 3 days off every week .

Responsibilities:

• Shape and roll croissant dough
• Inspect products for quality
• Assist on production and packaging lines
• Follow food safety guidelines

Requirements:

• Production, warehouse, assembly, or general labor experience preferred
• Able to stand for extended periods
• Comfortable in a fast-paced team environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Smithsburg, MD.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
