Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist license in Washington State (or eligibility to obtain)
• Prior experience as a school-based OT working with elementary-aged students preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage caseloads across multiple locations
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to a diverse caseload of elementary students
• Assess students and develop individualized treatment plans to promote participation and success in the school environment
• Collaborate with staff to develop classroom strategies and accommodations
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and district policies
• Travel between two school locations as needed to address student needs
