Sr. Manager, ERP Architecture

Johnson & Johnson seeks a senior manager to lead ERP architecture strategy for DePuy Synthes during its planned separation from J&J. The role involves managing multiple SAP instances, driving enterprise architecture roadmap, and leading a team of architects through a complex business transition.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple SAP ECC and S/4 instances supporting Day 1 separation and TSA transition
  • Develop and drive enterprise ERP architecture strategy aligned with separation objectives
  • Lead, mentor, and set performance expectations for ERP and enterprise architects team
  • Establish architectural standards, governance, and design patterns across ERP landscape
  • Partner with business and IT stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into scalable solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 10+ years enterprise or ERP architecture experience with team leadership
  • Hands-on and leadership experience with SAP Basis, Security, ABAP, BTP, or IS Integration
  • Demonstrated ability to lead major architecture programs and initiatives
  • Master's degree or MBA preferred
