Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: OR Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 06:30 - 17:00 Hours per Shift: 10.5 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Active nursing license required Certifications: BLS, TNCC Must-Have: Orthopedic experience Trauma orthopedic experience Description: Includes TNCC certification with submission. Patient ratios are 1 to 1 in the operating room. Equipment used includes orthopedic tools. Documentation system is Meditech. No floating required. On-call shifts consist of 6 per 4-week schedule. Weekend on-call responsibilities included. Advanced skills needed for the role. Procedures performed include arthroscopies, total joints, and orthopedic trauma. The facility is recognized for strong emphasis on patient satisfaction. A supportive management team fosters a family-like atmosphere. The surrounding area offers a variety of leisure activities.
