The Opportunity:

Assist with preparing, reviewing, and organizing contract documentation such as NDAs, subcontract agreements, modifications, and task orders. Support contract data entry, tracking, and archival activities within internal systems, while also conducting research on regulatory requirements, contract terms, and industry standards. Help to develop summaries of contract requirements and deliverables, and lead a strategic project to optimize internal processes and procedures. Participate in cross‑functional meetings, contribute to process improvement initiatives, and perform other administrative tasks associated with contract files and reporting. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required. You Have: Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Knowledge of contract management, procurement, or compliance processes Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment Scheduled to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in a Business Administration, Government, Political Science, Supply Chain, or Finance field by Spring 2027 Nice If You Have: Experience collaborating effectively within a team environment Experience using SharePoint or contract management tools Knowledge of government contracting, FAR or DFARS, contract law, or acquisition management Ability to pay strict attention to detail Ability to adapt to a dynamic fast-paced work environment Possession of excellent critical-thinking, analytical, problem‑solving, organizational, and research skills Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills Compensation At Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $48,000.00 to $98,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
