Maintenance Technician / MRT | Greenfield, INPay: $30.00 - $45.00Location: Greenfield, INShift: Must be open to days or nightsPosition Summary:The Mechatronic & Robotic Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing automated material handling systems, conveyors, robotics, and related controls in a highly automated distribution environment. This role focuses on preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment reliability, and safety.Key Responsibilities:Install, inspect, repair, and maintain automated conveyor systems and material handling equipment.Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on conveyors, robotics, and related systems.Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.Diagnose equipment issues using blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical documentation.Perform battery changes and preventative maintenance on industrial batteries.Complete work orders, PM documentation, and equipment downtime logs.Maintain spare parts inventory and maintenance supplies.Troubleshoot PLC-controlled systems and automated equipment to minimize downtime.Follow all safety standards and equipment-specific procedures.Utilize Microsoft Office for reporting, communication, and documentation.Support continuous improvement efforts and collaborate with operations teams to maximize equipment performance.Required Qualifications:2+ years of experience performing preventative and predictive maintenance in an industrial environment.2+ years of experience repairing material handling equipment (MHE), automated conveyor systems, and controls.2+ years of experience reading blueprints and electrical schematics.2+ years of experience working with electrical and electronic systems.2+ years of experience following industrial safety practices.1+ year of experience troubleshooting material handling equipment.1+ year of experience using Microsoft Office applications.Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.Experience maintaining conveyors, motors, hydraulics, and pneumatics.High School Diploma or equivalent.Why Join Us?Work for a globally recognized industry leader.Hands-on training with advanced automation and robotic systems.Strong opportunities for career growth and promotion.High conversion rates to direct employment.Clear performance expectations with limited micromanagement.Work Environment:Work in a large, modern distribution facility featuring high-speed automation, robotics, and advanced material handling equipment.
