We're expanding our presence in the Raleigh-Durham market and are looking for a driven, relationship-focused Territory Manager who is excited about the opportunity to grow a territory, influence customers, and play a key role in our continued success. What You'll Do

• Build and grow relationships with HVAC contractors, sheet metal fabricators, and mechanical professionals throughout the Raleigh-Durham market
• Develop new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships
• Become a trusted advisor by helping customers solve problems and grow their businesses
• Spend your time where it matters most—in front of customers
• Conduct daily customer visits and maintain a strong presence in the market
• Identify competitive opportunities and convert prospects into long-term customers
• Collaborate with vendor partners and internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Stay informed on industry trends, products, and market developments
• Drive profitable growth while creating lasting customer loyalty

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience
• HVAC, construction, industrial, building products, or related industry experience preferred
• Proven track record of developing customer relationships and growing sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
