Master Marketing Foodservice is seeking an energetic and motivated Territory Manager to join our expanding sales team in the Raleigh-Durham market. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional looking to build a rewarding career in a dynamic industry.

While experience in the foodservice industry is a plus, it is not required . We are looking for individuals with strong relationship-building skills, a passion for sales, and the desire to learn. We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers throughout your assigned territory.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate sales growth.
• Meet with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Conduct product presentations and training sessions with the support of our manufacturer partners.
• Manage a pipeline of opportunities and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
• Collaborate with internal team members and manufacturer representatives to support customer needs.
• Attend industry events, customer meetings, and company training programs.
• Consistently work toward achieving sales goals and territory objectives.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of outside sales experience or a proven track record in customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to build trust and develop long-term customer relationships.
• Comfortable working independently while managing a designated territory.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory.
