What You'll Do: Process direct client payments to vendors accurately and efficiently Conduct vendor analysis to ensure timely and correct payments Resolve payment exceptions and troubleshoot vendor issues Collaborate with internal teams to support Yardi clients and ensure smooth operations Who You Are: Associate degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and 10-key Strong attention to detail and high accuracy level Solid organizational skills and ability to multi-task Strong written and oral communication skills Ideal to Have: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, or related field One plus (1+) years of accounting experience Experience with high-volume financial transactions Benefits: 100% paid employee medical premiums, company profit-sharing plan, and flexible work arrangements.
