Personnel Security Specialist
Duties
Help This position is located in our Office of Security. As a Personnel Security Specialist, you will:
- Develop, recommend, implement, and evaluate policies, standards, guidelines, procedures, and/or bureau directives that govern FinCEN's personnel security program
- Determine personnel security requirements, position sensitivity, access to information, and other operational requirements
- Audit, review and analyze personnel security activities to determine compliance with existing policies and procedures and assess security vulnerabilities
- Provide expert advice and assistance to FinCEN management, human resources, and security staff on personnel security matters
