About the Role

We are hiring a high potential BD Associate or Manager to build top of funnel distribution for our vault products. This is a sell side role. You are not sourcing assets, you are distributing them. The job is to find, open, and advance conversations with platforms sitting on stablecoins that need to earn yield, and bring those opportunities to the point where our vaults get plugged in.

You will represent a live product suite to sophisticated counterparties, which means enough fluency in the underlying assets, private credit, fixed income products, ETFs, and structured credit, to credibly field first pass questions and run initial diligence without escalating every conversation. You will work closely with senior leadership with high ownership from day one, on an accelerated path toward running deals end to end.

This is the traditional finance flavour of our distribution hiring. It optimises for TradFi nativity and institutional or enterprise sales experience. Crypto or DeFi experience is welcome but not a requirement. We are running a separate, crypto native version of this search in parallel.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of distribution channels: centralised exchanges (earn programmes, yield features), decentralised exchanges and DeFi protocols, neobanks and fintech platforms, stablecoin issuers and treasuries, and any avenue where idle stablecoins need to earn yield.
• Conduct market mapping, segmentation, and opportunity sizing. Who to target, why, and in what order.
• Run outreach and relationship building, converting cold and warm leads into qualified conversations.
• Drive meeting to deal execution: discovery, product walkthroughs, and term discussions.
• Field initial diligence questions on the underlying assets, covering yield mechanics, credit quality, fund structures, and redemption terms, and know when to bring in specialists, making those handoffs seamless.
• Prepare and maintain sell side materials such as one pagers, data rooms, and FAQ docs, in partnership with the product and asset teams.
• Help negotiate commercial terms and structure integrations, coordinating cross functional workstreams across ops, legal, and product to get deals from signed to live.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years in business development, partnerships, investment banking, sales and trading, asset management distribution, or a similar client facing finance role.
• Traditional finance nativity. Genuinely fluent in institutional financial products and comfortable with institutional counterparties.
• Institutional or enterprise sales experience. Has sold complex products to sophisticated buyers, not transactional SMB volume.
• Working knowledge of fixed income and credit products. Can explain what a CLO ETF or private credit fund actually is, and comfortable learning the rest fast.
• Strong pipeline and CRM discipline. Tracks, prioritises, and follows up relentlessly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication. Will be the face of the product in first meetings.

Bonus Skills

• Familiarity with crypto and DeFi, including stablecoins, yield mechanics, and how exchanges and protocols make money. Welcome, but explicitly not a requirement for this seat.
• Existing relationships at exchanges, neobanks, DeFi protocols, or stablecoin issuers.
• Experience in sell side distribution or capital introduction.
• Prior exposure to tokenization, RWAs, or onchain asset management.
