MRI Technologist

Location: Tuba City, Arizona

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 3/13 hours, Saturday, Sunday, Monday 6 AM - 7:30 PM

Job Description: Provides General MRI and MRA procedures as needed to maintain optimal patient flow in a JCAHO accredited health center located in a culturally rich and diverse community. The facility serves a wide geographical area, providing various healthcare services to the local population.

Responsibilities:

• Perform MRI and MRA procedures ensuring optimal patient care and safety.
• Maintain equipment and adhere to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with medical staff to optimize patient flow in imaging services.
• Manage and navigate PACS/RIS systems efficiently.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of three (3) years experience in MRI procedures.
• Successful completion of radiology training from an AMA approved school.
• Current Arizona State License in Radiology and MRI.
• Current ARRT Certification in Radiology RT(R) and MRI (MR).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
