From upscale dining at The Roof Restaurant overlooking the Salt Lake Valley to elegant banquets and celebrations, our team delivers exceptional hospitality, outstanding food, and memorable guest experiences.
We're looking for a passionate culinary professional who thrives in high-volume operations and takes pride in delivering exceptional food quality, presentation, and service.
Part-Time | 20-30 Hours/Week | Evenings, Weekends, & Days

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Prepare and execute upscale menu items with consistency and precision
Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff in a fast-paced upscale dining environment
Maintain high standards of plating, presentation, and timing
Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and organization at your station
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Previous experience as a line cook, cook, or prep cook (upscale dining or restaurant preferred)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Dependable, punctual, and passionate about food!
COMPENSATION
$22.00 - $24.00/hour This range is inclusive of multiple job levels. Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to evaluation of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant along with internal equity and alignment with market data.
JOB ENVIRONMENT/OTHER JOB DUTIES:
May be required to work outside of regular business hours, including weekends, early mornings, and holidays, to accommodate business needs
Standing and walking for extended periods of time
Ability to repetitively bend, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds
Ability to pass a drug screen and background check, as well as abide by all company policies
Takes on additional duties as required or assigned by management
