Base Salary: $80,000–$110,000 | Negotiable
Commission: Uncapped

POSITION OVERVIEW

Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to drive new business for a growing specialty chemical manufacturer.

This remote role focuses on developing new accounts and selling custom chemical, polymer, and coating solutions to manufacturers nationwide.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and grow long-term customer relationships.
• Sell customized chemical, polymer, and coating solutions.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and customer training.
• Partner with technical teams to solve customer application needs.
• Manage leads, opportunities, and pipeline activity through CRM.
• Attend trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events.
• Consistently achieve sales and new-customer goals.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Must reside in Indiana.
• 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Proven success developing new business and growing revenue.
• Chemical, coatings, polymers, or industrial manufacturing sales experience preferred.
• Experience with epoxy, urethane, polyurea, or hybrid coatings is a major plus.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to independently manage a remote territory.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• $80,000–$110,000 base salary , negotiable.
