Pain Management Physician - Private Practice Potential Partnership Track | Astoria, NY Universal Pain Management seeks a fellowship-trained Pain Physician to join our established, community-focused practice in Astoria, Queens. The practice is led by Dr. Perper-a published author on the contrast spread technique. Our team offers hands-on mentorship, an established patient base, and a true partnership track for the ideal candidate. Role: Perform the full scope of interventional Pain Management Procedures. Anesthesiologists with pain management training may also provide MAC Anesthesia. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm; every other Saturday, 9 am-2 pm. Compensation: $330,000-$600,000 per year, commensurate with productivity. 1099 contract with year-end productivity bonus Partnership track available 3 weeks paid vacation plus 1 week paid CME Paid national holidays 50% coverage for malpractice and health insurance Requirements: Board-certified or Board-Eligible in Pain Medicine, Rehabilitation, Anesthesiology, or a related specialty Fellowship training in Interventional Pain Management preferred.
