Servicenow Platform Administrator Primary purpose: Keep the platform stable, secure, well-governed, and release-ready. Key responsibilities Administer users, groups, roles, and access Manage update sets, release calendar, and deployment controls Coordinate clones, patches, upgrade readiness, and regression cycles Monitor instance health, performance, and configuration hygiene Maintain system properties, notifications, scheduled jobs, and technical documentation Coordinate with infrastructure/security teams on platform controls Required skills Strong ServiceNow administration experience Release and environment management Security role and access governance Incident/defect triage Strong documentation discipline The ideal candidate would also have skills as a technical lead and developer to include: Design and build medium/high-complexity platform changes Lead workflow/flow design, form logic, and app enhancements Set coding/configuration standards Review technical solutions before deployment Support complex defects and root-cause analysis Build and maintain forms, flows, catalog items, notifications, and dashboards Support departmental workflow enhancements Resolve production defects and service requests Develop minor integrations and configuration changes Support testing and deployment validation Run intake sessions with departments Document requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process maps Facilitate prioritization with business and platform leadership Coordinate UAT, business sign-off, and release readiness Maintain training aids, SOPs, and knowledge documentation Bickham Services Unlimited, LLC
