Senior System Administrator

We're looking for a hands‑on ServiceNow System Administrator to own the day‑to‑day configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our ServiceNow platform. You'll be the go‑to technical resource ensuring the platform runs reliably, scales with business needs, and delivers value across ITSM, ITOM, and adjacent modules. What You'll Do Administer and configure the ServiceNow platform including user management, roles, groups, and access controls Build and maintain workflows, forms, business rules, UI policies, and notifications Support ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog Manage upgrades, patches, and platform health — including MID server administration Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into platform configurations Troubleshoot issues and serve as Tier 2/3 escalation support for platform‑related problems Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and integrations What You Bring 3+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow administration experience Proficiency in configuring core ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB) Familiarity with scripting in ServiceNow (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts) Experience with integrations via REST/SOAP APIs or IntegrationHub ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required Strong communication skills and a service‑oriented mindset Nice to Have Experience supporting MSP or multi‑client environments Exposure to SecOps, GRC, or HRSD modules Familiarity with CMMC or other compliance frameworks #J-18808-Ljbffr
