The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on experience in Windows-based environments with strong exposure to.NET application landscapes.Key Responsibilities:Lead and execute website consolidation initiatives, including assessment, migration planning, and executionArchitect and maintain IIS (Internet Information Services) configurations across environmentsMonitor infrastructure health and proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issuesManage and optimize Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022)Collaborate with application teams on.NET application deployments, configurations, and performance tuningDefine and enforce standards for server hardening, patching, and change managementDocument current-state application landscape and drive future-state architecture decisionsRequired Skills:8+ years in Systems Administration with architect-level ownershipStrong expertise in Windows Server, IIS, and Active DirectoryHands-on experience with .NET application infrastructure and deployment pipelinesProven experience in website/application consolidation projectsInfrastructure monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Dynatrace, or equivalent)Scripting proficiency — PowerShell preferredPreferred:Experience with load balancing, SSL certificate management, and DNSFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practicesCloud exposure (Azure preferred, given.NET ecosystem alignment)“**” is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
