Job Description
ROLE - SPECIALTY

Schedule:
- Shift: 12-hour Night
- Rotation: Day/Night as needed by unit

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 6 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: Not specified

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Specialty required
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required
- EMR: EPIC experience from within the past 2 years required
- Preferred certifications: CCRN, AHA PALS

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to a variety of critical conditions including respiratory failure, sepsis, and cardiac issues.
- Monitor and interpret telemetry, manage drips, IV therapy, and perform phlebotomy.
- Assist with advanced procedures such as intubation and conscious sedation.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Respond effectively to rapid responses and code blue situations.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation as per facility standards.
