Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP)Location: Austin, TexasEmployment Type: Full Time / ContractThe Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) supports our students by delivering high-quality educational or related services, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, participating in ARD/IEP processes, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with district, state, and federal regulations.Duties and ResponsibilitiesConduct psychoeducational evaluations.Interpret assessment data.Participate in ARD/IEP meetings.Provide crisis intervention.Consult with teachers and families.Develop behavior recommendations.Maintain evaluation reports.Ensure IDEA/TEA compliance.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.Other duties as assigned.Skills and CertificationsMaster's/Specialist degree with active Texas LSSP credential.Preferred QualificationsSchool-based experience.Behavior assessment expertise.Strong report writing skills.
