Work Here!Requirements:* Provides administrative and clerical service and support to the department.* Accepts payment and proper documentation for reservations* Provides customer service to the public; Answers questions, directs to proper area or person.* Responsible for entering requisitions to obtain a purchase order when needed.* Runs monthly reports required by the County Auditor’s office, as well as, create memos, reports and documents as needed for the department.* Assists in developing the department’s annual budget.* Responsible for entering work orders when needed.* Participates in activities and duties related to emergency management during a local state of disaster as directed by appropriate county managers.Qualifications"* High School Diploma/GED.* 3 years job related office/clerical experience.* Excellent computer and typing skills; working knowledge of spreadsheet, word processing and database software.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills and the ability to deal effectively with others.* Strong bookkeeping and organizational skills.* Ability to complete assigned tasks within tight deadlines and to prioritize own and others’ work.SALARY RANGE: $17.60-$22.00 per hour based on qualifications CLOSING DATE: Upon filling position All full-time and part-time employees are members of the Texas County District Retirement System (TCDRS).
