Document patient progress and maintain accurate records. Coordinate care efforts with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Requirements and Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Speech Therapist. Strong assessment and treatment planning skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Experience working in a home health setting is preferred.
