We are looking for an outgoing, personable, flexible and hardworking individual to join our Customer Service Team. What You’ll Do Answer incoming calls. Assist customers with placing orders, answering questions and problem solving. Manage incoming web orders and emails, enter orders, quotes and samples. Do the necessary research for customers on products, pricing and availability. Assist walk-in customers. Work with the Sales Department. Support the console/direct incoming calls and visitors. Skills & Qualifications Friendly personality and basic computer skills a must. Inclusive work environment. Customer Service experience a plus but not required. Why work at Masterman’s?
