The work - How you will contribute As the Maintenance Director, you will manage and complete the day-to-day maintenance functions as well as maintain the physical environment of the community. What You’ll Do Complete building work orders and service requests as assigned. Paint and assist with the upkeep of the grounds including landscaping. Reports all mechanical failure or negative conditions as observed in assigned area to Maintenance Director. Fix fixtures, heating/cooling units, etc. Maintain maintenance equipment. Perform day-to-day maintenance functions for the community to include carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical & HVAC. Maintain the physical appearance of the community. What We’re Looking For You have 1 or more years in a supervisory role 2 or more years of maintenance experience, ideally in a Senior Living setting You can provide great customer service. You should be proficient using Microsoft Office. Knowledge and experience with the use of power tools. Ability to communicate with co-workers, residents and family members. Ability to apply basic math skills. Make routine decisions requiring minimal judgment which may affect internal department.
