Administrative Assistant for Land Team
A well-known homebuilder located in the Sugar Land area is seeking an Administrative Assistant to the Land Team. Candidates must have previous or current experience working with a residential homebuilder, commercial real estate firm, or a construction company. Responsibilities include:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Land Department by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, maintaining organized files, and handling departmental correspondence.
- Assist with the preparation and organization of project documentation, forms, and reports while collaborating with internal departments to ensure efficient workflow and communication.
- Accurately enter and maintain data within company databases, verifying information and cross-referencing documents to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Support the coordination and processing of construction loan documentation with financial institutions.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records related to land acquisition, lot development, and ongoing project activities.
