Job Title: Truss Builder / Laborer
Location: Pillager, MN
Compensation : $19.50+ per hour – paid weekly
Schedule: 1st shift | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire | Full-time About the Opportunity

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Truss Builder / Laborer workers for a building materials / truss manufacturing company in Pillager, MN. In this role, you’ll help produce high-quality roof trusses while working in a team-oriented manufacturing environment that values safety and quality. If you enjoy hands-on work, following detailed specifications, and reliable daytime hours, this could be a great fit. Read below for more information! What You’ll Do as a Truss Builder / Laborer:

• Place lumber accurately on truss tables according to specifications
• Position metal connector plates correctly
• Operate table press equipment to secure plates
• Inspect finished trusses for accuracy and quality
• Prepare materials and workspaces for each job
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

What You Need to Bring to the Truss Builder / Laborer Role:

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work on your feet during the shift
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
