Hospital Operations Specialist, Trauma

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Hospital Operations Specialist for its Trauma division to support sales enablement in West Chester, PA or Raynham, MA. The role coordinates inventory management, new product deployments, and analytics to drive sales growth across trauma field territories.
Responsibilities
- Deploy strategies with field sales to ensure resource availability and balance across assigned territories
- Coordinate inventory rebalancing, returns, and new product introductions to hospital accounts
- Perform data analysis and mining to support inventory optimization and sales leadership decision-making
- Process transactions in SAP and manage field operations support requests
- Guide sales teams through process changes and support field sales systems implementation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 1 year experience in logistics, manufacturing, operations, sales, or inventory management
- Project leadership and cross-functional coordination experience
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to influence stakeholders and present findings effectively
- Willingness to travel domestically up to 25%
