This group is being acquired by *Hartford HealthCare* - perform well and you could convert PERM with one of the top health systems in CT.
*What you'll be doing:*
* *Schedule & reschedule appointments across locations*
* *Verify insurance + complete patient registrations*
* *Support prior authorizations*
* *Route clinical calls to RNs when needed*
* *Schedule cardiology exams, screenings, and lab work*
*What we're looking for:* * Strong *customer service* / call center background
* Experience in *medical scheduling / patient access*
* *Knowledge of insurance verification & medical terminology*
* *EMR experience (Epic is a huge plus*)
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
