Locum CRNA (Nurse Anesthetist) Anesthesiology

As a Locum CRNA, you will play a critical role in our medical practice, working alongside a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective anesthesia services for a diverse patient population. Your expertise will directly contribute to improving patient outcomes and enhancing the overall quality of care we deliver.

Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing various surgical procedures
• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and evaluations
• Monitor patients' vital signs and anesthesia levels during procedures
• Collaborate with surgeons and other medical staff to develop anesthesia plans
• Provide post-anesthesia care and support to patients
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in anesthesia practices
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and anesthesia records
• Stay updated on advances in anesthesiology and best practices

Requirements

• Associate degree in nursing or related field
• Current CRNA certification and licensure
• Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques and protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced medical environment
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred

Schedule: 6a-2p, specific dates

Caseload: Outpatient procedures at a surgery center

Must be board-certified
