Job Responsibilities Develop and deliver survey operations guidelines and protocols to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, environmental, and archaeological standards. Develop and implement surveying strategies supporting construction and infrastructure projects, aligning activities with project goals and regulatory requirements. Lead and manage survey teams, providing guidance and training on best practices, and ensuring team members are equipped with necessary tools and knowledge. Oversee the use of advanced topographic equipment and technologies for terrain mapping, property boundary measurements, and infrastructure surveys. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure survey data aligns with project needs and is integrated into designs and timelines. Identify potential risks related to terrain, land boundaries, and other survey issues, develop mitigation strategies, and communicate risks to project teams. Analyze survey data to provide insights to project teams and prepare detailed reports highlighting key findings, challenges, and solutions to support decision‐making. Develop and propose own performance objectives, take appropriate actions to achieve objectives, and use Ferrovial's performance management systems to improve personal performance. Use Ferrovial's formal development framework to identify team development needs and implement actions to build capabilities, providing training or coaching to others in own area of expertise. Manage partnering relationships with internal clients, building effective working relationships and providing high‑quality professional services to support business strategy and plans. Communicate the local action plan in line with Ferrovial's broader mission and vision, developing a shared vision that motivates people to achieve local business objectives.
