If yes, then we want you to be part of our team! As a Quality Control Associate , you will play a vital role in ensuring every product that leaves our production line meets the highest standards. What You'll Be Doing Keeping a close eye on production, ensuring it aligns with our strict specifications Performing hands-on visual, functional, and dimensional inspections Conducting detailed measurements and product-specific analysis (e.g., particle tests) Supporting new batch releases and ensuring everything is ready to go Investigating deviations and supporting continuous improvement Championing quality and supporting a culture of excellence, safety, and 5S Qualifications What You Bring: Secondary vocational education (mechanical technician or related) 2+ years of experience in a similar role within quality control or production Strong computer skills (MS Office, MES systems) Basic knowledge of measurement and inspection techniques Solid understanding of manufacturing processes Good communication, a proactive mindset, and a positive attitude Very good English - written and spoken Additional Information Why Join Us: Be part of a company that values your skills and ideas Work in an environment where quality truly matters Join a team that supports each other and grows together Contribute to products that have global impact Join us and be part of a forward-thinking team dedicated to innovation and excellence.
