Job Overview Position: Maintenance Director Location: Sharon, MA (Short Term and Long Term Care Facility) Responsibilities Manage all aspects of maintenance and housekeeping operations. Oversee maintenance staff and schedule repairs. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Maintain facility at the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. Full‑time role requiring limited evening and weekend on‑call hours. Qualifications Minimum two years of relevant experience; SNF experience preferred.
