Vision Ford Lincoln is looking for driven, entrepreneurial sales professionals to join our rapidly growing team as Remote Outside Sales Representatives.

This is not your traditional dealership sales role.

We are building a modern automotive sales operation focused on speed, technology, customer experience, and relationship-driven selling. If you are highly motivated, self-disciplined, and hungry to build a six-figure income from anywhere, this opportunity was built for you.

This is a fully remote, commission-only position with uncapped earning potential.

What You'll Do

• Generate your own sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, social media, referrals, and relationship building
• Sell new and pre-owned vehicles to customers throughout North Dakota, Minnesota, and nationwide
• Build and maintain your own book of business
• Guide customers through a fast, modern, technology-driven buying experience
• Communicate with customers through phone, text, email, and video
• Utilize CRM and sales tools to manage pipeline and follow-up
• Travel to customers and assist with vehicle delivery when necessary
• Represent the Vision Ford Lincoln brand with professionalism and urgency
