Role Overview

Our QMAP/Caregivers provide activities of daily living and other services to residents in accordance with their service plan. • Free meal each shift
• $300 Sign-On Bonus after 3 months 

Current Open Shifts

Shift coverage includes:

• Friday & Saturday Day Shifts: 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. 

Responsibilities

• Provide great resident care and support with daily activities and personal hygiene
• Respond to resident requests and determine how to best assist them
• Ensure residents receive appropriate diet by reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies and preferences
• Administer medications and assist with treatments per practitioners orders following safety protocols and the plan of care (if QMAP)

Qualifications

• Can do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond when needed to serve our residents
• Ability to work as a team and also independently
• A love for seniors
• Colorado QMAP Certified (if applicable)
