Our Parts Associate assistcustomers and technicians by accuratelyidentifying, selling, and ordering parts using catalogs anda variety of softwaresystems. This role supports inventory control,warrantyand return processing, and delivers excellent customer service in a fast-paced powersports environment. PowersportsParts AssociateResponsibilities Assistall retail and service customers in selecting the correct parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner Provide exceptional customer service to every internal and external customer Sell parts over the counter, through the service department, and over the phone Utilize OEM parts catalogs and dealership management systems (DMS) to accuratelyidentify, price, and order parts Accurately pull, stage, and distribute parts orders for technicians and customers Receive, check in, and stock incoming parts shipments Maintainaccurateinventory levels through proper binning, labeling, cycle counts, and inventory control procedures Process parts returns and warranty-related partsin accordance withOEM and dealership policies Ensure proper documentation for warranty parts, cores, and returns, including tagging andtimelysubmission Keep parts displays, shelves, and storage areas properly stocked, labeled, and organized Maintain a clean and organized parts department by disposing of packaging, sweeping floors, and dusting parts bins daily WhatWe’reLooking For Previousretail sales or customer service experience preferred Friendly, outgoing personality with the ability to professionally handle customer concerns Passion for powersports and the industry Solid work history with experience in parts or related fields Commitment to delivering your best work every day Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service and sales skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the phone Proven ability to listen,identifycustomer needs, and recommendappropriate servicesto enhance customer satisfaction and dealership sales Working Conditions: On-siteFull-time position with overtime opportunities Physical laborrequired: bending, lifting, and working in tight spaces to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
