UKG Workforce Solutions Manager

Job Description:

Insight Global is seeking a Manager of UKG Workforce Solutions to support a large healthcare client in the state of Indiana. This individual will be responsible for transforming underutilized workforce management systems within a complex healthcare environment. They will serve as the operational owner of the UKG platform, overseeing system configuration, optimization, reporting, enhancements, and overall functionality to support enterprise workforce planning, advanced scheduling, timekeeping, and labor productivity initiatives across the health system. This role will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders including HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and Clinical leadership to drive system adoption, improve efficiency, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will bring strong functional expertise in UKG, a deep understanding of healthcare workforce operations, and the ability to lead system improvements that enhance productivity, compliance, and the overall employee experience.

Goal of position:

This role is an UKG expert focused on the scheduling module. Their main job is to train and teach employees—especially nurse managers—how to properly use UKG for scheduling.

Must have:

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Healthcare, HR, related field
• 3+ years' experience with UKG Workforce Management in advanced scheduling
• Experience within healthcare environment with exposure to UKG scheduling
• Hands-on experience with implementations, upgrades, or system optimization
• Strong understanding of workforce scheduling for nursing
