At MGM Resorts, we seek individuals like YOU to create unique and show-stopping experiences for our guests.**THE JOB:**As a **Busperson** for **Sadelle's Cafe** at **Bellagio**, you will play an essential role in preserving the vibrant, upscale brunch atmosphere of our iconic dining room. Going beyond simply maintaining the impeccable cleanliness of our guest areas, storerooms, and beverage stations, you will act as the crucial backbone of our fast-paced, elegant service. By working in seamless harmony with our world-class team to ensure food pickup areas are flawlessly organized and tables are swiftly refreshed, you will empower the entire staff to deliver an uninterrupted, spectacular culinary experience that perfectly captures the premier hospitality of our legendary resort.**THE STARTING RATE:** $14.6747 hourly + tips**THE DAY-TO-DAY:*** Work with servers to ensure proper guest service* Polish flatware, set up tables with appropriate silverware, glassware, linen, condiments, and accessories, fold napkins properly and ensure ashtrays are clean and available on tables in designated smoking areas* Clear, clean, and sanitize booth/chair cushions and tables completely, and reset with clean linens, ashtrays, votive candles, glassware, and any additional tabletop items needed* Remove dirty dishes, debris, and linens from table and bring to the kitchen for proper washing and disposing of trash in designated receptacles* Coordinate table availability and constantly communicates with Server, Hostess, and Management to ensure tables are turned efficiently* Serve water, coffee, and soft drinks, refilling when needed* Ensure that dining room floors are clean and free of debris**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:*** Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required* Must be 18 years of age or older* 1+ years of prior relevant experience as a busser or food runner preferred* Previous experience working in a fine-dining restaurant preferred**THE PERKS & BENEFITS:*** Wellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentally* Access to company hotel, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment discounts as well as discounts with company partners on things like travel, electronics, online shopping, and more* Free meals in our employee dining room* Free parking on and off shift* Health & Income Protection benefits (for eligible employees)* Professional and personal development through programs and networking opportunities as well as volunteer opportunities in the community**VIEW JOB DESCRIPTION:**
