Remote Travel Scheduler

We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional to help clients design seamless and memorable travel experiences. In this role, you will work remotely to research destinations, coordinate reservations, and provide personalized recommendations that align with each client’s preferences, budget, and schedule. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, excellent organization, and a passion for creating smooth travel experiences from start to finish. Responsibilities Consult with clients to understand travel goals, preferences, timelines, and budget considerations. Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, transportation options, activities, and travel packages. Prepare customized itineraries tailored to individual client needs. Coordinate bookings for flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and other travel services as needed. Communicate with vendors and suppliers to confirm availability, pricing, and reservation details. Provide timely updates, travel documentation guidance, and pre-trip support to clients. Monitor changes, resolve scheduling issues, and assist with modifications when travel plans shift. Maintain accurate records of client preferences, bookings, and correspondence. Deliver responsive, professional service throughout the planning and travel process. Qualifications Previous experience in travel planning, hospitality, customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client requests and deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfort working independently in a remote environment. High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Proficiency with online research, booking tools, and standard business software. Ability to solve problems calmly and professionally. Passion for travel and delivering exceptional client experiences. Preferred Skills Experience creating personalized leisure or business travel itineraries. Knowledge of domestic and international travel logistics. Familiarity with supplier systems, reservation platforms, or travel industry tools. Ability to build strong client relationships through clear and friendly communication.
