General Manager Position
Stelly Nissan of Yorktown Heights is seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager to lead our dealership in Yorktown Heights, NY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all daily operations, driving business growth, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the dealership to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales and service targets.
- Implement effective marketing strategies and local outreach to grow the customer base.
- Maintain strong relationships with Nissan corporate and local community stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, regulations, and automotive industry standards.
- Oversee inventory management, service operations, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
- Analyze financial reports and prepare budgets to drive profitability.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive dealership management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of automotive sales, service, and parts operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

- Familiarity with financial analysis and operational budgeting.
