Sunforce Solar is looking for a world-class receptionist. You'll be the first voice our customers hear and the first face they see when they walk in — and we want that first impression to be a great one.

This role is a fit for someone who genuinely likes people, takes pride in taking care of them, and brings a good attitude to work every day. Solar experience is not required. We'll teach you the industry; we can't teach you the attitude.

What you'll do

• Answer and route incoming calls, take clear messages, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks
• Greet customers, vendors, and crews at the office and make them feel taken care of
• Respond to customer questions about their project status and connect them with the right person on our team
• Keep customer records, job files, and appointment calendars accurate and up to date
• Support the sales and project management teams with scheduling, paperwork, and follow-up
• Keep the front office organized and running smoothly

What we're looking for

• Excellent customer service instincts — warm, patient, and professional, even on a busy day
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Dependable and punctual; the front desk is covered because you're there
• Comfortable with computers, email, and learning new software
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle several things at once
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
