Accounts Payable Specialist (bilingual - Spanish)

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and analytical professional with a solid foundation in accounts payable processes. This candidate will be responsible for managing the full cycle of accounts payable, ensuring invoices and payments are processed accurately and efficiently, and maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures. They should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors. Responsibilities Manage the full cycle accounts payable process, including reviewing, coding, and processing vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Analyze and process employee expense reports in accordance with company policy Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including account reconciliations and accruals Qualifications 3–5 years of high-volume AP experience required Must pass a 10-key data entry and basic Excel assessment Tech-savvy and comfortable with technology Strong organizational, analytical and recording skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Taylor White
