Physical Therapist Job in Wilmington, NC – Shoreline Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. This position will primarily provide coverage for staff PTO and additional support based on patient volume. Position Overview: The Physical Therapist will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients in an outpatient orthopedic setting. This role requires a compassionate, motivated professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to clinical excellence. Compensation: $36-$40/hour Qualifications: Postgraduate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program Valid North Carolina Physical Therapist license Experience in outpatient orthopedics required Background or certification in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) preferred Strong commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans focused on rehabilitation and functional improvement Work directly with patients to achieve optimal physical recovery and mobility goals Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary Accurately document patient care, treatments, and progress Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members Skills: Ability to efficiently manage patient caseloads and documentation in an outpatient setting Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to build rapport and trust with patients Leadership mindset with a team-oriented approach Ability to meet the physical demands of the role Benefits: This is a position; no additional benefits are offered Commitment to providing compassionate care to patients Ability to handle physical workload Ability to build rapport with patients Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong leadership qualities Valid North Carolina state licensure as a Physical Therapist Experience in outpatient orthopedics; background or certification in MDT preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
