**Looking for a self-motivated individual who can learn new processes quickly, work independently, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced specialty practice**

Here at Valley we strive to provide outstanding health care to women of all ages. Our Reception team must be friendly, professional, outgoing, proactive, and able to deal with stressful situations on the fly.

We are looking for a part-time employee who can work 3 days a week, Wednesdays-Thursday 8:00am-4:30PM and Friday 12:00pm-5:00pm. Our office is closed on the weekends and major holidays.

Due to the investment involved in training for this position, we ask for a 1 year minimum commitment to this position.

Receptionist job responsibilities included, but are not limited to:

• Must be able to work shifts between 8:00am - 4:30pm on Wednesdays-Thursday, and 12:00pm-5:30pm on Fridays
• Must be highly motivated and consistently contribute to a positive working environment
• Schedule and re-schedule appointments for multiple providers
• Understand billing policies and collect payments for services rendered
• Update and maintain all patient registration records
• checking patient in and out
• Clean front reception area
• Maintain HIPAA compliance
• Prepare correspondence and documents
• Provide general clerical and administrative support
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related goals
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Prior receptionist experience
• must be able to work well under stress
• ability to multitask in fast paced environment
• Strong computer and organizational skills
• Bilingual is a bonus
