About the Job:

We are seeking a Bilingual Medical Receptionist who is fluent in Spanish with excellent administrative skills and a passion for concierge-level customer service . You will be the crucial first point of contact for our Health Center, responsible for managing the patient flow, coordinating records, and supporting the clinical team.

4 day work week! This is a full-time, 38 hour per week, benefit-eligible opportunity.

Schedule:

Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday 7:00 am-6:00 pm

Friday 7:00 am-3:00 pm

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):

• Patient Flow Management: Greet, screen, schedule, and check patients in and out efficiently.
  
• Communication: Perform medical receptionist duties, including answering the telephone, screening calls, taking messages, and providing necessary information.
  
• Record Coordination: Obtain, verify, and update patient information. Request, locate, send, and receive patient medical records.
  
• Administrative Support: Maintain files, assist in establishing office systems, order office and clinical supplies, and assist in the care and maintenance of office equipment.
  
• Support Services: Provide necessary support services to patients and medical staff.
  

What You'll Bring to the Team (Minimum Qualifications):

• Education: High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) required.
  
  • A diploma as a Medical Administrative Assistant from an accredited vocational course preferred.
    
    
• Experience (Required):
  
  • Minimum two years of administrative assistant experience in a medical office setting.
    
  • Minimum one year of recent experience in a medical setting is strongly preferred.
    
• Knowledge & Skills:
  
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and office procedures.
    
  • Proficiency in grammar, spelling, and punctuation for correspondence and reports.
    
  • Strong organizational skills, including time management, prioritization, multitasking, and problem-solving.
    
  • Skill in operating standard office equipment.
