What You’ll Do Advocate for clients in divorces, child custody cases, modifications, enforcements, and related matters. Handle contested hearings, mediations, and negotiations with appropriate mentorship and support. Prepare persuasive legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and orders. Build strong relationships with clients, courts, and opposing counsel. Develop case strategies alongside a talented legal team. What You Bring to the Table 2‑4 years of family law or similar litigation experience. Confidence in the courtroom and willingness to further develop skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong multitasking and case‑management abilities. Empathy and interpersonal skills to support clients during sensitive times. Preferred familiarity with Tarrant and Denton County courts. Proficiency with legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite. Required Education & Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
