Job Title: Senior Business Analyst with Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)

Job Description:
• A bachelor's degree in business or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of IT experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the role of business analyst and using Agile? methodology
• Minimum of 10 years of experience performing detailed requirements analysis
• Minimum of 10 years translating business requirements into detailed system requirements and technical design specifications
• Minimum of 10 years of experience documenting processes?
• Minimum of 5 years of experience creating epics, features, user stories, and tasks following Gherkin
• Minimum of 10 years of experience documenting requirements
• Minimum of 10 years of experience leading requirements gathering sessions?
• Minimum of 5 years of experience creating and implementing test cases and documenting defects.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Excellent communication and people skills, capable of communicating with highly technical teams.
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to find acceptable solutions.
• Advanced technical skills
• Prepare formal written test estimates.
• Develop and maintain requirements traceability matrices, system test plans, system test scenarios.
• Excellent documentation skills
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
• A history of leading and supporting successful projects
